Sound Healing or Sound bathing, is a deep relaxing meditative experience transporting you on a musical journey. Participants lie on the floor resting on pillows and snuggled in blankets for usually 1 hour of uninterrupted personal time.
Sound healing or Sound Bathing is being healed & balanced whilst your mind & body are immersed in beautiful sounds. Sound healing helps you to relax on a profound level as the Tibetan Bowls, Low Tonal Chanting & Beautiful Peaceful sounds really resonate & rebalance the chakras etc.
During a session of sound healing, people often find resolution for emotional issues and a sense of coming home to themselves. As a Traditional Indian Massage Healer, music & sound are key parts of all my healing work so why not take it to the next level and really use sound and vibration to its full potential?
What does a Sound Bath look like?
Most people lie down during a Sound Bath, some choose to sit in a comfortable chair. Eye covers are used to help you feel calm and heighten your other senses, especially hearing. the room is often darkened and everything is in place for a peaceful, relaxing time together. You will hear live singing bowls but also music & recorded vibrations – all designed to resonate at different levels of the mind body & consciousness.  The Sound Bath is a healing session you can experience while resting in a safe and secure place.
A Sound Bath is an experience which is unique to each person and can also be an unforgettable sound experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of their inward journey. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. Physical injuries can be healed and old emotional traumas released. Great insights can be even be accessed as you connect on so many deep levels through the power of relaxation & vibration.
